Our Flanged Progressive Cavity Pump is an effective industrial dosing solution, offering superior stability and performance across diverse applications. Owing to its impressive design and compact fluid-dynamic coupling design, these pumps create the lowest possible pressure drop in the pump casing. Overview

We have 3 models available for this pump, the DM, JM and FM, each offering the following benefits:

  • DM: In this model, the drive is coupled to the pump via a flange. This economical and compact solution not only significantly reduces installation costs but also simplifies maintenance. The stresses generated by the hydraulic section are efficiently absorbed by the drive itself, allowing for a design that prioritises durability. Each drive undergoes rigorous testing, adhering to strict technical parameters and enduring heavy loads
  • JM: This model adopts a drive connected to the pump inlet shaft via a coupling joint. Forces generated by the pump are absorbed by precision-mounted bearings with exceptional load resistance. This solution is ideal when optimal durability and reliability are crucial, even with increased installation space requirements
  • FM: This model is the most versatile solution, connecting the drive directly to the pump via a flange in the modular bearing unit. This allows for compatibility with gearboxes featuring flanges and standard outlet shafts, as well as connections with hydraulic and pneumatic motors. This model maintains the simplicity and compactness of the classic coupling flange while ensuring total reversibility and higher performance of the bearing unit. The modular bearing unit, applicable across this range, facilitates quick and efficient maintenance of the drive
