CIP Peristaltic Pump

Our CleanPRO Pump is a highly efficient CIP Peristatic Pump designed for CIP and SIP Processes. This sealless pump  with only 2 liquid contact parts, features FDA-approved hoses and sanitary clamp and thread connections, delivering exceptional performance in fluid transfer while maintaining hygienic standards and product integrity. The innovative CIP shoe design, lubricant type, housing material and range of sizes make it ideal for critical applications requiring cleanliness and precision. Additionally, this pump is ATEX-available for use in hazardous environments.

Overview

The smart design of our CleanPRO CIP Peristaltic Pump eliminates hose compression during the cleaning process by reversing the pumps direction and automatically retracting the shoes. This optimises the lifespan of the hose and pump, reducing production downtime and keeping maintenance costs low:
