Magentically Driven Vane Pump

Our Mag Drive Rotary Vane Pump from Italian manufacturer, Gemme Cotti, is equipped with 4 sliding vanes to efficiently transfer liquids through the pump. Available in materials such as Polypropylene, PVDF or Stainless Steel, this sealless pump features a high torque magnetic coupling between the pump and direct starting motor, ensuring a reliable design that eliminates the risk of leakage. This range includes the HPP & HPF models manufactured from Polypropylene/PVDF for enhanced chemical resistance and the HTP model manufactured from Stainless Steel for superior strength.

Overview

HPP & HPF Range

Our Rotary Vane Pump range is manufactured from Polypropylene or PVDF, ensuring the pump is ideal for highly corrosive applications. The pump is sealless in design due to its magnetic coupling; this removes the risk of leakage.

The HPP Range is manufactured from Polypropylene and HPF is manufactured from PVDF.

Also available in metal (HTP Range).

HTP Range

The HTP SS316 is a magnetically driven Sliding Vane Pump machined from AISI 316L Stainless Steel (Hastelloy or Titanium upon request). Pumps with mechanical seals are often susceptible to leaks, and by using a mag drive, this risk is reduced significantly as the pump is designed with no wearing mechanical seal.
