Hot Oil Pump

Our Hot Oil Pump is a high-performance Centrifugal Pump designed to handle high-temperature liquids, like hot oils and thermal fluids commonly used in Industrial Processes, such as heat transfer, temperature control, and circulation systems. Built from Stainless Steel and other durable materials, this pump offers greater resistance to both high temperatures and corrosive properties found in these fluids. The impellers are dynamically balanced according to ISO1940 Grade 6.3 standards, ensuring optimal performance. With 24 basic sizes adhering to EN733 norms, and 8 additional sizes available for specialised processes, this air-cooled pump also offers optional ATEX certification for use in hazardous applications.

Typical applications for our Hot Oil Pump:

  • Hot Oil
  • Thermal Fluids
  • Industrial
  • Heat Transfer
  • Temperature Control
  • Circulation Systems
Overview

Our Hot Oil Pump is a type of Centrifugal Pump specifically designed for handling high-temperature liquids, such as hot oils and other thermal fluids. These pumps are typically constructed with special materials, such as stainless-steel, that can withstand the high temperatures and corrosive nature of these liquids.

They are typically used in industrial processes such as heat transfer, temperature control and circulation systems. They are available in different designs such as end-suction, in-line, close-coupled and vertical multistage. They are also equipped with temperature sensors and thermal protection devices to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Features & Benefits
  • ‘Back pull’ design allowing for easy maintenance as complete bearing assembly, impeller and casing cover can be removed without dismantling the volute casing from the pipework. Spacer coupling also allows disassembly of the rotor without removing the electric motor
  • Flanges conform to EN1092-2/PN 16. (EN 1092-1/PN 16 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
  • 24 basic sizes all conforming to EN733 norms, with 8 additional sizes on special processes
  • Air-cooled
  • Bearings used are life-time grease-lubricated ball bearing types
