EN733 Centrifugal Pump

Our EN733 Centrifugal Pump is designed to transfer a range of liquids, including clean and contaminated water, chemicals, and other types of Industrial fluids. Using a rotating impeller, this pump effectively increases the kinetic energy of fluids, converting it into potential energy in the form of increased pressure. Compliant with EN733 norms, this pump offers versatility with 24 basic sizes available, with 8 additional sizes available on request. Specifically designed to handle clean or slightly contaminated low viscosity liquids without solids and fibrous particles, this pump ensures robust performance across diverse applications. Additionally, ATEX certification is available, ensuring suitability for operation in hazardous environments.

Typical applications for our EN733 Centrifugal Pump:

  • Water Supply & Treatment
  • Agriculture & Irrigation
  • HVAC
  • Chemical
  • Oil & Gas
  • Mining
  • Food & Beverage
  • Maritime
  • Construction
  • Fire Fighting
Overview

The EN733 Centrifugal Pumps are available in different designs such as end-suction, in-line, close-coupled and vertical multistage. These pumps are constructed with a stainless-steel pump body and impeller which make it suitable for use with a variety of corrosive and abrasive liquids. They are designed to meet the requirements of different industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceuticals, mining, etc.

Features & Benefits
  • ‘Back pull’ design allowing for easy maintenance as complete bearing assembly, impeller and casing cover can be removed without dismantling the volute casing from the pipework. Spacer coupling also allows disassembly of rotor without removing the electric motor
  • Flanges conform to EN 1092-2/PN 16. (EN 1092-1/PN 16 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
  • 24 basic sizes all conforming to EN733 norms, with 8 additional sizes on special processes
  • Impellers utilise balancing holes to balance axial thrust
  • Bearings used are life-time grease-lubricated ball bearing types. On request, oil-lubricated or re-greaseable bearings can be used
