Our BA150KS D285 Sewage Pump is a robust 6-inch mobile pump designed for handling sewage and wastewater with large solids. Available in both diesel and electric configurations, it is ideal for a variety of demanding applications. Featuring a unique screw channel impeller and advanced priming system, the BA150KS is built for high performance and reliability in tough conditions.

Overview

The BA150KS D285 comes in two versions:

  • Diesel-Driven Variant: Powered by a modern, clean, and economical diesel engine, designed for efficiency and low maintenance
  • Electric-Driven Variant: Equipped with a powerful electric motor, suitable for environments with reliable electrical power
Features & Benefits
  • High Solids Handling: Capable of pumping wastewater with solids up to 100 mm, making it suitable for challenging sewage applications
  • Impressive Performance:
    • Diesel Variant: Maximum flow of 400 m³/h and head up to 27 mwc
    • Electric Variant: Maximum flow of 360 m³/h and head up to 19 mwc
  • Advanced Centrifugal Pump: Features a screw channel impeller for efficient handling of large solids and long fibrous materials. Includes large inspection covers, suction and pressure gauges, and a heavy-duty bearing frame with extra oil chamber for dry running
  • Efficient Priming System: Fully automatic priming system for quick and reliable priming and re-priming, including a diaphragm vacuum pump, check valve, and float box for air-water separation
  • Flexible Power Options:
    • Diesel Version: Driven by a DriveOn® engine with a variable speed, low fuel consumption (5.5 l/h at BEP), and a service interval of 1500 hours. Meets Stage V emission requirements with no aftertreatment system
    • Electric Version: Features a 15 kW motor with options for Direct-On-Line (DOL), soft starter, or Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
  • Sound Attenuated Canopy: Both variants are available with a sound-attenuated canopy, offering quiet operation (64 dB at 10 m) and weather protection. The canopy also includes a composite fuel tank and fluid containment system
  • Durability and Safety: Both versions come with a 4-year limited warranty and are available with additional options such as pump trailers and telematics
