High Solids Handling: Efficiently pumps dirty water with solids up to 80 mm
Impressive Performance:
- Diesel Variant: Maximum flow of 500 m³/h and head up to 38 mwc
- Electric Variant: Maximum flow of 430 m³/h and head up to 24 mwc
- Electric ATEX Variant: Maximum flow of 430 m³/h and head up to 24 mwc
Centrifugal Pump: Equipped with an open impeller and adjustable wear plate with cutting slots. The large free passage and best-in-class efficiency make it ideal for dirty water applications. Features include large inspection covers, suction and pressure gauges, and a heavy-duty bearing frame with an extra oil chamber for dry running
Advanced Priming System: Fully automatic priming system with a diaphragm vacuum pump, check valve on the discharge side, and a float box for air-water separation ensures quick and reliable priming and re-priming
Engine Options:
- Diesel Version: Powered by a clean and economical Hatz diesel engine with variable speed, low fuel consumption (9 l/h), and Stage V emission compliance. Service interval of 1500 hours
- Electric Version: Features a 22 kW motor with options for Direct-On-Line (DOL), soft starter, or Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Designed for efficiency and reliability
- Electric ATEX Version: Meets ATEX certification (EX II 2G IIB T4 Gb) for use in hazardous environments, with components in 316 stainless steel for added durability
Sound Attenuated Canopy: Offers extremely low noise operation (64 dB at 10 m), optimal weather protection, and safety features. The fully self-contained unit includes a composite fuel tank and fluid containment system
