Our Single Stage Sump Pump has been meticulously designed for Sump applications, ensuring efficiency in drainage tasks. This Vertical Immersion Centrifugal Pump efficiently evacuates collected fluids, and boasts robust construction and versatile capabilities suited to diverse industrial processes. Manufactured from high-quality materials such as Stainless Steel, this pump handles industrial fluids including clean and dirty water, and chemicals. With an immersion depth of 4m, extendable upon request, and a customisable base plate, this pump ensures adaptability to various operational setups. Additionally, equipped with grease-lubricated bearings, it offers reliable performance, with an optional ATEX-rating ensuring safe operation in hazardous environments.

Overview

Ideal for use across Industrial processes such as chemical, food manufacturing and pharmaceutical, these pumps are also a great pumping solution for water treatment and wastewater management applications. Tapflo’s Sump Pumps are constructed from robust materials, such as stainless steel, making them appropriate for handling a wide range of liquids, including clean and dirty water, chemicals and other industrial fluids.

  • Standard Immersion depth of up to 4m. Further immersion depth is possible and available on request
  • Baseplate can be modified to best suit mounting on sump
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
  • Impellers utilise balancing holes to balance axial thrust
  • Bearings used are grease-lubricated. Sleeve bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid. Different lubrication systems are available, depending on the application
