Plastic Volumetric Vane Pump

Our Plastic Volumetric Vane Pump is a Sealless Sliding Vane Pump designed for consistent low flow and high head self-regulating applications. Constructed from durable thermoplastic materials, including PP (Polypropylene) and PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride), these pumps deliver reliable performance while ensuring zero leakages, even under challenging working conditions. The absence of a mechanical seal or packing gland enhances safety while eliminating harmful emissions.

Overview

Plastic Volumetric Vane Pumps enhance fluid transfer, with a focus on constant low flow, high head, and automatic differential pressure regulation. Engineered for reliability and environmental safety, these pumps maintain superior performance capabilities and zero leakages in the harshest environments. This design eliminates the need for mechanical seals or packing glands, ensuring safe operation. With automatic compensation for wear due to slip by carbon graphite internal vanes, these pumps provide consistent head and flow over extended periods.

Features & Benefits
  • Zero Leaks: Designed with features that ensure zero leakages, prioritising environmental safety and worker well-being
  • Consistent Performance: Maintains head and flow for extended running periods, automatically compensating for wear with graphite internal vanes
  • Ideal for Slightly Lubricating Liquids: Ensures constant head during normal operation, perfect for slightly lubricating liquids
  • High Performance: Head up to 5 Bar, flow up to 1000 l/hr @ 50 Hz & up to 1150 l/hr @ 60 Hz
  • Dry Self-Priming: Capable of dry self-priming up to 2.5m of water without damage
  • Wide Temperature Range: PVDF: -40°C to 50°C & PP: -40°C to 40°C
  • High Specific Gravity Handling: Supports specific gravities up to 2 kg/dm³
  • Viscosity Handling: Can handle viscosities up to 2,000 cPs (with 8 Pole Motor)
  • System Pressure: Rated at 7 Bar
  • Versatile Operation: Compatible with frequency inverters for adaptable performance
  • Durable Construction: Heavy-duty machined pressure parts ensure longevity
  • Low Maintenance Costs: Features an internal graphite cartridge for easy maintenance
  • High Reliability: Designed for high MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)
  • High-Torque Magnets: Equipped with high-torque neodymium iron boron magnets for optimal performance
  • Pedestal Support: Available for enhanced stability
  • Safety Compliance: Adheres to ATEX regulations for safe operation in hazardous environments
