Our CTM-IBC Portable Pump Unit is an innovative system that takes the versatility and ease of the CTM Mag Drive Centrifugal Pump and combines it with portability, making it an ideal solution for operators with unique mobility requirements. Featuring a robust solid-block machined portable frame and integrated drip tray, this system ensures the safe handling of hazardous fluids. For increased versatility, the CTM range is also available as a trolley-mounted system, built with either 2 or 4 wheels depending on your process requirements, delivering the same features and benefits as that of the CTM-IBC.

Overview

The system uses Tapflo’s popular CTM Centrifugal Pump, available in a range of sizes. To find out more, take a look at our Magnetically Driven Centrifugal Pump.

The CTM range is also available as a trolley mounted system, designed with either 2 or 4 wheels. The trolley systems can also be manufactured with any and all of the above features as per the CTM-IBC range!

We have tailored the CTM-IBC to many applications, with some of the added features including:

  • Integrated VSD, allowing control of pump for multiple duties
  • Run-dry protection, preventing damage to pump when IBC is empty
  • Drain plug on drip-tray, for easy and safe removal of excess chemicals
  • Numerous fittings and ancillary products, such as various valves and flowmeters
  • Control panel, for use with float switches, sensors etc.
