Magnetically Driven Turbine Pump

Our Regenerative Turbine Pump from Italian manufacturer, Gemme Cotti, is an efficient solution designed to handle highly corrosive fluids without compromising product integrity or performance. Sealless in construction and built from robust materials including Polypropylene, PVDF or Stainless Steel, these pumps handle maximum viscosities up to 40 cPs, with self-priming and ATEX executions available on request, making them an ideal choice for critical applications across a range of industries.

Typical applications for our Regenerative Turbine Pump:

  • Chemicals
  • Corrosive Liquids
  • Petrochemical
  • Paper Mills
  • Pharmaceutical
  • Textiles
  • Food Processing
  • Water Treatment
Overview

HTT Range

If you’re in the market for a magnetically driven Regenerative Turbine Pump that can handle highly corrosive fluids and those with entrained gas, check out our Gemme Cotti HTT series.

As standard, the HTT range comes with BSP threaded inlet and outlet, direct starting motor, high Torque magnetic coupling, PTFE/Carbon Sleeve bearings and static shaft in high purity ceramic. Optional features include flanges, dry-run protection & baseplate.

HTT-SP Range

Much like it’s standard HTT counterpart, the HTT-SP is a Regenerative Turbine Mag Drive Pump in Polypropylene or PVDF with the added benefit of being able to self-prime up to 5m. The design of this Mag Drive Pump removes the risk of leakages, guaranteeing safety and efficiency.

HTA Range

Within our Gemme Cotti Mag Drive Regenerative Turbine Pump range, the HTA is machined from Stainless Steel AISI 316, however, it is also available in Hastelloy or Titanium upon request which can be used for fluids such as hydrocarbons and solvents. The pump has been designed with maximum efficiency in mind, as well as high safety features such a magnetic coupling rather than a seal design to reduce the risk of leakages.

The HTA range is also available with ATEX certification upon request (EM-P AISI 316L) for applications in potentially explosive atmospheres.
