Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump

Our Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump delivers high pressures while maintaining low flow rates, owing to their multiple impellers connected in series. Available as TMSP and TMSP-V variants, these pumps are well-suited to diverse industrial processes, such as Water Supply, Irrigation, HVAC Systems, Chemical Dosing and Circulation applications. The TMSP offers 10 different models with discharge flanges ranging from DN 32 to DN 250, and the TMSP-V offers 7 models with discharge flanges ranging from DN 4 up to DN 150. The rigid coupling design allows for a space saving solution, while the optional ATEX-rating ensures suitability for hazardous environments.

Typical applications for our Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump:

  • Industrial
  • Water Supply
  • Irrigation
  • HVAC Systems
  • Chemical Dosing
  • Circulation
Overview

These pumps are typically used in applications such as water supply, irrigation, and HVAC systems, as well as industrial processes such as chemical dosing and circulation. They are also well suited for applications that require high pressure and high head, such as in fire-fighting systems and high-rise building water supply. Multi-stage pumps are available in different materials such as cast iron, stainless-steel and alloy which make them ideal for handling a wide range of liquids, including clean and dirty water, chemicals and other industrial fluids.

Features & Benefits
  • Pump and motor shafts are separated by either rigid coupling or through slide fit shaft, resulting in axial and radial forces being absorbed by the electric motor bearings
  • The rigid coupling also gives a lighter and smaller construction compared to the TICP/TECP pumps
  • Flanges conform to EN1092-2/PN 16, 40 or 63. (EN 1092-1/PN 16, 40 or 63 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
  • Impellers utilise balancing holes to balance axial thrust
  • Bearings used are grease-lubricated ball bearing types
  • Sleeve bearings are used on the End Suction Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump
  • Inlet configurations include both split-case and end-suction
  • Grease lubricated ball bearing types
  • Rigid coupling design allows for a space-efficient solution
  • ATEX-rating available for use in hazardous environments
