A picture of our Monoblock Centrifugal Pump

Monoblock Centrifugal Pump

Our Monoblock Centrifugal Pump, available in both Horizontal and Vertical configurations, is a versatile pumping solution constructed from robust materials including Cast Iron, Stainless Steel and Alloy, and is well-suited to Water Supply, Irrigation, HVAC Systems, Chemical Dosing, and Circulation applications.  The rigidly-coupled designed of the pump combines the pump, motor and drive shaft into a single unit, ensuring easy installation and maintenance, ideal for use where space is limited or frequent relocation is required.

Typical applications for our Monoblock Centrifugal Pump:

  • Water Supply
  • Irrigation
  • HVAC Systems
  • Chemical Dosing
  • Circulation
Overview

Tapflo’s Horizontal and Vertical Monoblock Centrifugal Pumps are rigidly coupled types of centrifugal pumps that are characterised by its compact, self-contained design. It is typically composed of a single unit that combines the pump, motor and drive shaft, making it easy to install and maintain.

The design of this pump also makes it more suitable for use in applications where space is limited or where frequent relocation of the pump is required. These pumps are typically used in applications such as water supply, irrigation, and HVAC systems, as well as industrial processes such as chemical dosing and circulation. Monoblock pumps are available in different materials such as cast iron, stainless-steel and alloy, making them suitable for handling a wide range of liquids, including clean and dirty water, chemicals and other industrial fluids.

Features & Benefits
  • Pump and motor shafts are separated by either rigid coupling or through slide fit shaft, resulting in axial and radial forces being absorbed by the electric motor bearings
  • The rigid coupling also gives a lighter and smaller construction compared to the TICP/TECP Pumps
  • Flanges conform to EN 1092-2/PN 16. (EN 1092-1/PN 16 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
  • Impellers utilise balancing holes to balance axial thrust
  • Materials: Cast Iron, Stainless Steel and Alloy
  • Rigid coupling design makes it a space-efficient solution
  • TMCP is horizontally installed and the TMCP-V is vertically installed
  • ATEX-rating for use in hazardous environments
