Multi-Stage Vertical Suction Pump

Our Multi-Stage Vertical Suction Pump is a Centrifugal Pump characterised by its capacity to deliver high-pressure performance through multiple impellers arranged in series, allowing for increased pressures while maintaining a controlled flow rate. This versatile pump finds its application in water supply, irrigation, and HVAC systems to name a few, and are available in Stainless Steel, Cast Iron and Alloy executions, ensuring suitability when handling clean and dirty water, chemicals, and other industrial fluids. Its dynamically and statically balanced impellers, adhering to ISO 1940 Grade 6.3 standards, ensure efficient and stable operation, while its unique lubrication system uses the pumped liquid for smooth operation.

Typical applications for our Multi-Stage Vertical Suction Pump:

  • Water Supply
  • Irrigation
  • HVAC Systems
  • Chemical Dosing
  • Circulation
  • Fire Fighting
Overview

These pumps are typically used in applications such as water supply, irrigation and HVAC systems, as well as industrial processes such as chemical dosing and circulation. They are also well-suited for applications that require high pressure and high head, such as in fire-fighting systems and high-rise building water supply. Multi-stage pumps are available in different materials such as cast iron, stainless steel and alloy which make them suitable for handling a wide range of liquids, including clean and dirty water, chemicals and other industrial fluids.

Features & Benefits
  • Pump and motor shafts are separated by either rigid coupling or through slide fit shaft, resulting in axial and radial forces being absorbed by the electric motor bearings
  • The rigid coupling also gives a lighter and smaller construction compared to the TICP/TECP pumps
  • Flanges conform to EN1092-2/PN 16, 40 or 63. (EN 1092-1/PN 16, 40 or 63 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
  • Impellers utilise balancing holes to balance axial thrust
  • These Vertical Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps are lubricated using the pumped liquid
