Our Vertical Double Suction Centrifugal Pump is a high-performance pump designed for applications requiring high flow rates and pressures. This pump boasts a unique double-suction design, enabling the simultaneous intake of liquid on both sides of the impeller. This innovative design allows for a balanced distribution of liquid, enhancing overall efficiency and stability of your pump. Constructed with a Stainless Steel pump body and impeller, this pump accommodates corrosive and abrasive liquids, and is available in a variety of sizes and configurations, enabling operating speeds up to 2,900 RPM. And for enhanced safety, ATEX certification is available, ensuring suitability in hazardous environments.

Overview

The Vertical Double Suction Pump is typically used in applications where large flow rates and high heads are required, such as water supply, irrigation and HVAC systems. These pumps are constructed with a Stainless Steel pump body and impeller which make it suitable for use with a variety of corrosive and abrasive liquids. It is also available in different sizes and with different elastomers for the seals to suit the specific application. The pumps are powered by electric motor or engine and can be used in variety of industries such as water treatment, agriculture, mining, etc.

  • Split case design allows for easy disassembly of the rotor group for maintenance without distorting pump alignment and suction/discharge piping
  • Flanges conform to EN1092-2/PN 16 or PN25. (EN 1092-1/PN 16 or PN 25 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
  • High bearing life and reliability from double suction design, which increases suction performance and provides hydraulic axial force balancing
  • Anti-clockwise rotation available on request
  • Liquid-lubricated slide bearings on top and grease-lubricated ball bearings on the bottom are used (in vertical installation)
