In-Line Centrifugal Pump

Our In-Line Centrifugal Pump, designed for pipeline installation to facilitate fluid pumping in alignment with the pump direction, offers a space-saving solution with minimal piping connections. Its compact design suits applications with known and fixed flow rates and pressure requirements, including HVAC, Water Supply, Circulation Systems, Industrial Processes, and Chemical Dosing.  Featuring dynamically and statically balanced impellers, this pump is available in Stainless Steel, Plastic, and Aluminium options, housed in a horizontal, radially split volute casing with single-stage, end-suction configuration. Additionally, these ATEX-rated pumps ensure safe operation in hazardous environments.

Typical applications for our In-Line Centrifugal Pump:

  • HVAC
  • Water Supply
  • Circulation Systems
  • Industrial
  • Chemical Dosing
Overview

These pumps are typically used in applications where the flow rate and pressure requirements are known and fixed, such as in HVAC, water supply and circulation systems, industrial processes, and chemical dosing. These pumps are available in different materials such as stainless steel, plastic and aluminium, making them suitable for handling a wide range of liquids, including clean and dirty water, chemicals and other industrial fluids.

Features & Benefits
  • Pump and motor shafts are separated by either rigid coupling or through slide fit shaft resulting in axial and radial forces being absorbed by the electric motor bearings
  • Flanges conform to EN1092-2/PN 10 or PN16. (EN 1092-1/PN 10 or PN 16 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
  • Impellers utilise balancing holes to balance axial thrust
  • Vertical mounting allows for minimal footprint for small installation areas
