ISO2858 Centrifugal Pump
A picture of our ISO2858 Centrifugal Pump

ISO2858 Centrifugal Pump

Our ISO2858 Centrifugal Pump is a heavy-duty Centrifugal Pump that uses a rotating impeller to increase fluid kinetic energy, converting it into increased pressure, making it well-suited to handling various liquids, including clean or slightly contaminated, low or medium viscosity, without solids or fibrous particles. With 28 basic sizes, as well as the option for 10 additional sizes on request, its heavy-duty shaft remains dry, avoiding contact with the handled medium. Designed for clean/slightly contaminated liquids, chemicals, and other industrial fluids, it also features ATEX-rating for safe operation in hazardous environments.

Typical applications for our ISO2858 Centrifugal Pump:

  • Chemical
  • Oil & Gas
  • Energy
  • Iron & Steel
  • Mining
  • Food & Beverage
  • Pulp & Paper
Overview

Our Centrifugal Pumps are available in different designs such as end-suction, in-line, close-coupled and vertical multistage. These pumps are constructed with a stainless-steel pump body and impeller which make it suitable for use with a variety of corrosive and abrasive liquids and are designed to meet the requirements of different industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceuticals, mining, etc. The pumps can be powered by electric motor or engine.

Features & Benefits
  • ‘Back pull’ design that allows for easy maintenance as complete bearing assembly, impeller and casing cover can be removed without dismantling the volute casing from the pipework. Spacer coupling also allows disassembly of the rotor without removing the electric motor
  • Flanges conform to EN1092-2/PN 16 or PN25. (EN 1092-1/PN 16 or PN 25 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
  • Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
  • 28 basic sizes all conforming to ISO2858 norms, with 10 additional sizes on special processes
  • Closed Impellers utilise balancing holes and Semi-Open Impellers use back ribs to balance axial thrust
  • Bearings used are oil-lubricated
  • Heavy duty shaft is not in contact with the fluid (dry shaft design)
